Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult / Child) 

• Passport Scan Copy: Clearly scanned Passport copy required. Minimum of 6 months validity required from the arrival date.

• Photo Specification: Passport Size Photo with White Background (clear scanned Copy required)

• Saudi Visa Bio App Registration.

• Processing time 2-3 working days (after day of submission).

Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) 

• Passport: a. Minimum 6 month’s validity required b. At least 2 Blank pages required c. Old passport required (if any)

• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with white background (Matt Paper) and without border (Size: 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm). Please do not staple the photographs to the Application Form. Please note, photographs should not be more than 3 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Financial Support: a. Evidence of adequate finance e.g. Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6 months with satisfactory transaction (at least 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family OR 60,000 Taka per person and 120,000 Taka per family). b. Bank solvency and statement should be Savings or current account.

• Thailand Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant.

• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Thailand, Dhaka.

• Proof of Occupation: a. Visa request letter from the applicant and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer. b. Office ID card / Visiting Card c. BMDC certificate or letter from hospital if the applicant is a Doctor, d. A Bar Council Certificate or letter from a law firm if the applicant is a lawyer e. A recommendation letter from the school / university or student card /evidence of school / university enrolment) if the applicant is a student. f. Salary accounts Bank Statement (preferably) / Pay Slip / Salary Certificate are required for service holders. g. Trade license (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original trade license required) for proprietorship business, Memorandum of Article for limited company if the applicant’s name is not mentioned in the trade license.

• Round Trip Air Ticket: Applicants must need to confirm or book of a round trip air ticket.

• Other information: a. The first applicant can sponsor father, mother, children, father-in-law and mother-in-law. Father, mother and children can sponsor the above-mentioned family members. b. For documents in other foreign languages (including Bangla) must be translated into English and shall be certified by a credible translator and a notary public c. Copy of Marriage Certificate (if in Bengali, notarized English translation and photocopy of the original is required) must submitted if spouse name does not appear in the passport.

• Active Phone Number: Two Active Phone Number of applicants is required.

• Processing Time: 7-10 Working Days (Time may vary depending on applicant’s profile and embassy actually processing time)

• Flight and hotel reservations booking with dates clearly stated (DO NOT purchase until visa approval)

• 3 Financial Support: Personal Bank and company’s bank statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly. Salary slip for the last six months. (If Any)

• Visa Application Form: Visa Application Form duly filled in and signed by the applicant.

• Covering-Letter: A covering letter stating the purpose of visit and itinerary.

• Forwarding-Letter: Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visa.

• Proof of Occupation: a. Visa request letter from the applicant and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer. b. Office ID card / Visiting Card c. BMDC certificate or letter from hospital if the applicant is a Doctor, d. A Bar Council Certificate or letter from a law firm if the applicant is a lawyer e. A recommendation letter from the school / university or student card /evidence of school / university enrolment) if the applicant is a student. f. Salary accounts Bank Statement (preferably) / Pay Slip / Salary Certificate are required for service holders. g. • Proof of civil status: Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, if applicable.

• Round Trip Air Ticket & Hotel Booking: A copy of the round air ticket and Hotel Booking are needed.

• Processing Time: Total approximate processing time is 7-10 working days (Time may vary depending on applicant’s profile and embassy actually processing time)

Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) 

• Passport: a. Minimum 6 month’s validity required b. At least 2 Blank pages required c. Old passport required (if any)

• Photo: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Financial Support: Original Bank statement & Solvency of Last six months (if the traveler visiting 1st time)

• Singapore Visa Application Form: 2 sets of Visa Application Form-14A completely filled in with original sign as per passport.

• Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Singapore, Dhaka.

• Forwarding Letter: Visa request letter from the company if employed or travel letter from the educational institute/student card / Visiting Card (1 Original & 1 photocopy).

• NID Card: All the information mentioned in the passport and NID must be the same. In case of dissimilarity, affidavit is mandatory.

• Proof of Occupation: a. Visa request letter from the applicant and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer. b. Office ID card / Visiting Card c. BMDC certificate or letter from hospital if the applicant is a Doctor, d. A Bar Council Certificate or letter from a law firm if the applicant is a lawyer e. A recommendation letter from the school / university or student card /evidence of school / university enrolment) if the applicant is a student. f. Salary accounts Bank Statement (preferably) / Pay Slip / Salary Certificate are required for service holders. g. • Vaccine Certificate: A fully Vaccinated Certificate is required.

• Letter of Undertaking: Applicants have to provide a letter of undertaking for his/her trip.

• Processing Time: The processing time for complete visa applications is at least 3-5 working days (excluding the day of submission). Those who submit incomplete applications or documents may face delays. Some applications may take longer to process, especially during peak periods.
